1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the SaralVyapar website and CRM platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access our service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Platform Usage & Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

• You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service.
• You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
• You may not use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including transmitting spam or malicious code.

3. Payments & Billing via Razorpay

We use Razorpay as our secure third-party payment gateway for all transactions, including monthly or annual subscription fees, one-time setup fees, and custom development modules.

By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize SaralVyapar to bill your chosen payment method through Razorpay. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via our platform. We do not directly store your credit card or bank details on our servers; all financial data is processed and secured by Razorpay according to their strict compliance standards.

4. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We maintain a strict no-refund policy.

Because SaralVyapar provides immediate access to our digital CRM platform, customized pipelines, and digital resources upon successful payment, we do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits for any reason. This policy applies to:

• Monthly and annual subscription charges.
• One-time Business Setup fees or advanced customization charges.
• Partial months of service if you choose to cancel your account early.
• Unused accounts or forgotten subscriptions.

We highly encourage all users to utilize our 14-day free trial to fully evaluate the platform and ensure it fits their business needs before committing to a paid plan. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing, but no refunds will be issued for past charges.

5. Customer Data & Privacy

You retain all rights to the leads, contacts, and customer data you input into the SaralVyapar CRM. We do not claim ownership of your data, nor do we sell or use your business data for our own marketing purposes. 6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SaralVyapar, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; or (iii) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the CRM shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Maharashtra, India.
